Would not recommend treatment here. They tell you whatever you want to hear to get you signed up. I told them the amount of test I had been on for over a year and a half, and my expectation and goals. They assured me they could get me there. They also told me that along with the test and trying a new product that I didn’t know if I’d do well with, I could cancel anytime free of charge they just contact the financial company and close the account. It turns out the this was not true. And I’m stuck with a $3,900 balance. Modern day con-artists playing with your health and wallet. If you’re going to go to a clinic go somewhere where you truly pay month to month.

Do NOT go through this company, trust the bad reviews! Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!! If I could give negative stars I would! The front desk girls and guys were awesome! Other than that they are scam artists! Somehow they allowed my husband(ex) to get a loan in my name and now will not allow me to cancel a loan in my name, I was told from “Savannah” that he has to come in and cancel. He has to cancel and loan in my name, the loan company has already agreed to cancel the loan, they just need the ok from tristate and she refuses to do so. First I was told you can cancel after six month, and they won’t give him any more “product” and then I go to cancel after six months and they’ve given him three more months worth, and now won’t even let me cancel. Make it right tristate men’s health, make it right!

Here is a star, Your front desk does great work. When i call telling them i was charged for treatment after I ended my 12 month contract at 6 months because that was the earliest I could cancel without breaching contract they never make me feel like I'm wrong, and I thank them for that if they are reading this. Now, what really effects me here is I have signed documents saying that I am no longer receiving treatment, but yet I was still charged twice. Last month I just ate it because I canceled 2 days before the automatic payment was taken. This month, there is no excuse. esspecilly when I havent recieved my medicine in the mail in over 3 months! AND to think we are 2 days away from Christmas and there is a pretty pricey charge that I can honestly say has taken away from my children's Christmas presents!! So right now I am no longer only requesting that this months treatment payment be returned but for this month and last months since i ended the contract before treatment date. I just spoke with you and you really make me sick to think that you are doing this to people who are coming to you for help!! I needed help, you made me feel like this was my answer and it wasnt... That is ok, I knew there was chances that it wasnt. But to charge me for 7 months of treatment when I canceled at 6 months and yet here we are 9 months later and Im still getting charged. 100 percent SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!! Please reply so this comment can be seen by more people!

This company only wants to take your money, they do not care about you. They will tell you one thing and do another! And heaven for bid you want to cancel, do not believe them when they tell you what amount it will be to cancel. After 6 months it’s $3600 for me to cancel.

Kacey and LeAnn are absolutely awesome and have helped get to nearly my goal weight. They are professional courteous and very knowledgeable. Thank you ladies for all you have done for me so far!
